The Kolping house

In 1868 the Moosburg Kolping family ("Kolpingfamilie") was founded. Originally it was a society of journeymen according to the ideas of Adolf Kolping. Today it is an important Catholic social organization with a marching band and a theatre group. In 1950 the members themselves built the society's centre, the Kolping house ("Kolpingsheim").
